First summer in Chicago in the books! Its crazy to think how the summer of 2017 has come to an end. Exploring the City (day and night) with my friends and boating on Lake Michigan (which for a Florida boy is like sailing on the Atlantic were the high-points of my summer. By far, this was one of the best summers I have experienced. Growing up in Florida, I spent most of my summers at the beach.
The truth is while I reminisce about those carefree days and evenings at New Smyrna Beach I was up for a change—a true urban summer experience in Chicago.
Having this City in the cusp of my hands and access to various modes of transportation has given me the freedom to do whatever I want at any time of day.
The most memorable time of my summer in Chicago is when I was on my friend’s boat and we viewed the City of Chicago skyline in front of us while I was swimming in the play pen—unreal! So excited to see what the Fall/Winter offers.
